The eudaimonic approach entails that texts are examined with the help of a hermeneutic of affirmation rather than the sceptical, suspicious methods of the deconstruction and post-structuralism. Die sneeuslaper is mainly a reflection on what it means to be an author. All variables were significantly positively associated, and five of six mediation models were supported. Findings are consistent with ecological self theory, and implications are discussed with reference to psychological interventions, healthy living, and social planning strategies.
